- Done biking in. My best time yet with 31:49 (avs 8.0)! Drank nearly all the water I brought. Now enjoying a cool breeze in the shade :) #
- The first time I biked the hill was April 29 (7.1 mph avs). Now, less than a month later I did it with an avs of 8.0 mph. Yay, improvement! #
- BTW- biking FEELS just as hard. It hasn’t gotten easier because I am pushing myself farther. Just goes to show the value of external data! #
