lolsigs. Nice looking and and informative — they seem harmless enough when used responsibly. I was a member of a guild Web forum when everyone (dozens of members) found these and commenced to using them and brought the Web Forum to its knees. Apparently the server hosting these doodads doesn’t cache, so each sig sends a brand new request and subsequent database lookups.
Load times were counted in minutes on long threads. The forum admin had to disable the use of sigs all together. :)
Tread carefully BRK! These things are like a frost trap!

Apparently, they do cache now, though you wouldn’t know it by the load times. Also, the armory is slow enough to practically crash my Firefox, at the moment.
